🙌🌠PIZZA MUZZARELLA VEGANA🙌🌠

MASA para PIZZA VEGANA

Harina 1 kg

500 ml de agua

25 gr de sal

25 ml de aceite

20 gr de levadura 

Proceso:

Lo primero que debes hacer es, en un bowl y con la ayuda de una cuchara, colocar los ingredientes secos y luego los humedos para formar correctamente la masa para pizza, en el orden descripto arriba. ⬆️ Luego, amasamos hasta formar un bollo bien moldeable y dejas reposar durante unas 30 horas en el heladera con papel film. 

Una vez que paso este tiempo, la quitas de la heladera, dejas que tome temperatura ambiente y mientras tanto la amasas por unos quince minutos mas. Cuando este perfectamente estirable, disponemos de una pizzera con aceite y pizca de harina, le ponemos un poco de salsa de tomate, realizada previamente e introducimos en horno a 180° la pizzera con la masa para que se haga, por unos 10 minutos. Sacamos la pizzera con la masa y ponemos lo que resta de salsa de tomate con queso muzzarella vegano cortadito e introducimos nuevamente para que se haga por 10 min mas a 180°. No tiene que quedar ni muy dura, ni muy blanda, ni muy gruesa, ni muy flaca. Siempre termino medio. 

NOTA:

VEGAN PIZZA DOUGH

flour 1kg

500 ml of water

25 grams of salt

25 ml of oil

20 grams of yeast

Process:

The first thing you should do is, in a bowl and with the help of a spoon, place the dry ingredients and then the wet ones to correctly form the pizza dough, in the order described above. ⬆️ Then, we knead until we form a well moldable bun and let it rest for about 30 hours in the fridge with film paper.

Once this time has passed, you remove it from the refrigerator, let it come to room temperature and meanwhile you knead it for about fifteen more minutes. When it is perfectly stretchable, we have a pizza pan with oil and a pinch of flour, we put a little tomato sauce, previously made, and we put the pizza pan with the dough in the oven at 180° so that it is done, for about 10 minutes. We take out the pizza pan with the dough and put the rest of the tomato sauce with chopped vegan mozzarella cheese and introduce it again so that it is done for 10 more minutes at 180°. It does not have to be too hard, not too soft, not too thick, not too thin. I always finish medium.
